Can I get any recommendations for an overnight campground no far off of I-70? I'll be traveling I-70 westbound in about 10 days and the timing of the travel means that I may likely need a campground in middle or western Kansas, or eastern Colorado (before Limon).
Does anyone know if there are electric hook-ups at the Colorado Visitor Center on westbound I-70? I stopped there once, but can't remember if they have hook-ups there. Thanks.
Would the State Park at Hale reservoir work? not on I-70 but we always get off and follow Rt36 into Limon from Hannibal. interesting spot with the only issue being that it has a gravel road for a few miles into the CG we have stayed there and never seen a crowd, not close to anything except Rt 36, so.
If not and you are staying on I-70 In just about every or every other town they have these little parks/sites to stay in, so it should not be an issue.
