Big South Fork is a great area and the scenery in that part of TN and KY is nicer than farther west, IMO. Water and electric, not sure about sewer. Check out the Blue Heron mining village, historic town of Rugby and the Depression era Cumberland Mtn Homesteads in nearby Crossville TN.
