Not much there. The state park is very rustic. We would not stay there again. 28 miles SE is Spartanburg KOA in Gaffney. We have stayed there 2x and it's about the best in the area.

Have you checked RV park reviews? There is one listed for Kings Mountain and years ago we stayed at Kings Mountain State Park, that would be listed on RV park reviews under Blacksburg, South Carolina. I liked the state park and the price was cheap but it is only electric/water. Our site faced out away from everybody and we had a view down the hill. We did have to put some blocks under to get leveled but of what I remembered if we're ever back in the area we would stay here again.
