I will say I agree with you that you shouldn't have to have the confirmation - they should have access to it (whether its on the KOA reservation site or not). The one thing I could say is, there are people that will just say they were quoted a different price. There are others that will hear someone else say they paid a different price and then go back and try to get that other price. If the system was wrong, you should get the better price in my opinion. On the other hand, they have to make sure they don't lose thousands of dollars by having everyone in the park come back and ask for a refund. I still maintain that they should be able to check the confirmation letter themselves. Someone could just make an e-mail with the different price and show it to them to scam the system.
