The KOA reservation system is one system. All KOAs weather corporate or not use the same reservation system. The computer only knows what it is given. Garbage in: garbage out. Every KOA has to input the rates it whats to charge and when. If the computer is set up properly it will automatically pick up the dates and the rates to calculate the price. OR the reservation was made before a rate change was made by the campground. The campground gets a copy of the confirmation letter by email when it is sent to the camper. Most get deleted as they are of no real value to the campground.
