KOA
Wow, one night at a KOA in Sioux Falls, South Dakota was $60, guess this is the last KOA I will stay at! Stayed in a nice campground near Mt. Rushmore for $40. :(

Did the site you got have a concrete patio with furniture and a pull thru? >>THAT is the $60.00 site.
KOA has 'several' levels of CG sites to choose from, especially the KOA's near an attraction. They are all priced differently depending where they are in the park and what they offer.
After being on the road full time for just one year I got tired of 'guess what surprises and type of CG\" I would be pulling into for the night.
I stay exclusively at KOA's now. AND I always stop at the Nashville KOA and REQUEST the $60.00 pull thru site with the concrete patio and furniture, cause I can, and I enjoy the extra space to relax on my trip south. :C
