Labor Day and what are your plans?

My weekend has started out with my Darling Wife of 36+ years saying "I don't mean to beat a dead horse." I guess I will be OK but I hope she doesn't dig the spurs in too deep, man I hate those things.

Lucked out via a camping friend and got a site near the PA RenFaire...Pinch Pond Campground in Manheim.

Camping at friends place in the country with our friends and their RVs. We will be right close to their barn so we can hook up the TV and watch college football, Detroit Tigers, and NASCAR. Oh, and eat and drink to our hearts content.

Staying home. MH is still in the shop for a few more weeks. Watch out for those low hanging tree limbs while you are out there folks.

Family reunion in Elderton,PA, two adjacent sites at Wheel-In CG. My 83-year old dad, Brother & SIL, DW & me in our two TT's... We used to do this every year when our kids were still in grade school, campfires, Rubber Ducky races, and catching crawdads in the creek. Now three of the four are married, with their own lives, college classes, and work schedules, unable to attend. Don't know how many more years we'll be able to enjoy having our dad with us, he's the last surviving parent in any of our families. Because of that, we plan to take advantage of each of these precious moments, don't really care how crowded the CG is.

Staying home and having a group of old friends coming for the weekend. They like to come here not just to visit us but to take advantage of everything this area has to offer.

Getting ready to leave for the State Park on the 3rd.
Our nearby state park has large lots and good rangers but we did not decide to go until a month ago so no lots were left. For most of the time we will be there the park will be almost empty except for the weekend.

St. George Island, Florida. Fishing and snorkeling!!

Staying right here in Bermuda. Hope to catch a boat ride with friends. If not it looks like I will ride the lawnmower & chase the weedeater around.

Love that place. Hate they went to reservation though. We used to easily find a spot Thursday for a long weekend and take the ferry to see inlaws in port ludlow.
