Lake Navajo (New Mexico)
Anyone camped on the New Mexico part? I have NM Annual Pass so the Colorado side is to expensive for ME to stay any length of time!:B Thanks Sharon

Navajo lake is beautiful and the park at the top of the dam is pretty well maintained. The road up there is not so hot but you can't have everything. The area is full of history and it's near the Colorado border. Not sure about staying too long this time of year, If you do go check out the Wines of the San Juan in Turley. Great little winery family owned. The have events on the weekends too. Take a day trip to Durango, CO. lovely litte place.
