Looking at Google Earth, there is a small mobile home park at the address listed on the internet for the location. Based on the roofs of all the units in the park having no AC units - and most having covers for parking of vehicles - I assume it is home for about 14-15 permanent residential units.
However a bit southeast there does appear to be an RV park with about 30 spaces/ units.
