A LOT of snowbirds don't head south till after the holidays. We still are getting people in our park daily here in south Texas and there are still many who haven't arrived that I know are coming.
Doesn't matter when you get here. Our weather has been crappy of late, so waiting another week or two will mean much better temps. Then we'll be crying it's too hot. Well, not me. . . . but some will.
