Hi from AZ. . .OK, might as well get my 2 cents worth in ;) !KOA's are impossible to blanket critique ! I have loved them in Tucumcari & Badlands/White River & Sallisaw, OK, & hated them in Jackson Hole & Sioux Falls. We use them (& their printed directory) for overnights while traveling. We don't do Walmarts or rest areas. We don't use their amenities (except the great cheap brkfst they offer in Tucumcari & Badlands/White River) We want a CLEAN bathroom, reliable power & pleasant people, period. $35+/- seems fair for the above & 6 hours of sleep. (not $71 as in Jackson Hole). The Beaudry/Lazydays site in Tucson is definitely a resort kind of place. We stayed there one night after we bought our tt nearby.Mostly Class A's & no kids OR people out and about. It will be interesting to see how this transpires......Regards, Craig
