WE leave our 5th wheel on our spot in the RV park near Yuma. It costs us $25.00 per month . WE do have AZ tags as we have no plans to bring it back to Canada. WE don't cover it, only disconnect the electric, water and put that silver stuff on the windows and leave a few pails of water in the RV for moisture. Our trailer is pushing 10 years but as long as it is well kept and remains in the same spot don't think that we will have any problems
