I think Elizabeth is in one of our sister parks. There are many Canadians who do just what she talks about. $25.00 a month and it never moves. As far as park models, not park trailers, they require county taxes, a residential A/C unit. Wheels and axles are removed, skirted and other stuff. Not easy to move, last one out of here was $1500. Where as an RV easy to tow out and can go to the widow's lot or consignment lot quickly. Also a shorter fiver will have more storage than a park model. If for some reason you couldn't come down an RV is much easier to sell and get off the lot. There are a ton of park models for sale in the Yuma area.
