With the price of an open or partially covered parking place in my area of Florida approaching $50 a month, I can only imagine what a space inside a climate controlled warehouse must cost.
And then there is availability (finding one at any price).
If money is no object, I'm pretty sure that almost ALL of us would store our RV inside.
This one is only $500 month for up to 50 foot. :)

Shoot for that cost. they ought to tow it to the CG, and have it setup for you, and stocked with food
