- Holiday Travel RV Resort is right in Leesburg and is a very nice and clean park.
The address is 28229 County Road 33, Leesburg, Florida 34748 - Old Mill Stream in Umatila just north of Mount Dora is a nice c.g.
Make reservations though. They are usually quite busy. - Lake Griffin State Park is next door to Leesburg in Fruitland Park. Sites 8-14 have full hook ups, but 10 and 12 are host/volunteer sites. The rest are water and electric.
- currently staying at haines creek rv village on CR 44 between leesburg & Eustis. Right on Haines Creek, long boardwalk on the creek with benches. Doesn't have all the ameneties of Holiday travel resort or Southern Palms but a very nice quiet park. $420 a month +electric. Lots of live oak trees throughout the park-cypress trees along the creek. Older Rv campground in the country. We will definitely come back here if we come back to Florida. Laid back and in the country with great neighbors. Gary
