Lincoln national forest charging for water?
I was looking at the national forest website and noticed they are charging for water. Anyone seen how they are doing this? I usually arrive late and fill up the tank on the way in.

I've been there many times, they have running water that we could always get at the entrance. I just havent gotten up there this year yet.
