Lincoln national forest charging for water?
I was looking at the national forest website and noticed they are charging for water. Anyone seen how they are doing this? I usually arrive late and fill up the tank on the way in.

Lincoln National Forest in New Mexico:
Apache, Deerhead, Pines, and Saddle campgrounds have 5 gallons of free water, with a charge of $0.25 per gallon after that. I don't know how they meter usage or collect funds.
James Canyon, Lower Karr Canyon, Monjeau, Oak Grove, Skyline, and the Upper Karr Recreation Area campgrounds have no water.
All other campgrounds have potable water.
