Lincoln national forest charging for water?
I was looking at the national forest website and noticed they are charging for water. Anyone seen how they are doing this? I usually arrive late and fill up the tank on the way in.

Ok so got to silver overflow campground last night and they didn't charge me to fill the tank. And they are packed, not a single site open in the area except the Silver overflow. This morning the two hosts (Robert and Craig) got me into a site on Silver. They had a few trailers pull out early this morning. I guess I could just put a bucket out to catch all the rain if I need more water. :)
