We've stayed at the COE park - Maumelle - easy on and off the freeway from I-430 Exit 9 (west side of the loop).
Several of our friends who want full hookups for a short stay go to the Downtown Riverside RV Park - right on the river near the I-30 bridge. They choose it for Passport America rates.
