X3 or Downtown Riverside. Right across the river from a river front shopping area (name escapes me), and the Clinton library. The bridges across the river provide an interesting light show at night. We just overnighted there last year, but will definitely stay there again when in the area. One piece of advice... If using your Garmin or other GPS device to find the place, make sure you enter "NORTH Little Rock" as the city and not just "Little Rock". We didn't, and ended up towing quite a distance down some 'scenic' back roads until we discovered the error of our ways. :-)
