You need to be searching for campgrounds and/or mobile home parks that offer "seasonal" sites.

Seasonal sites will be 6 months in cold weather states and 12 months in warm states.

On a 'seasonal' site you will be able to put a shed on it at most of them. NO campground is going to allow you to do that.

At some high end RV 'Resorts' they will allow a shed but you are talking thousands of dollars for those.

If you are an Escapee, they have a nice park in Sutherlin Oregon, about an hour or so from the Coast. It’s called Timber Valley.
Very roomy sites, and most are owned, so there is a storage shed on every lot, plus more on some. They have a bunch of activities, and the people there are wonderful.
Lots are for purchase, weekly, monthly, or seasonal.
Give them a call. They will be more than happy to answer any questions you have.

There are also several long term parks in Florence Oregon where you can have a shed, and some of your goodies. Pacific Pines RV Park is one. If you do a google search on RV Parks in that area, several more will come up. Florence is mainly a retirement area, on the Coast, a short drive from everything that is wonderful about Oregon.

You can PM me if you have any specific questions. I think you are near the East coast, but the West coast is beautiful. Plenty of room to roam.

Rather than a shed consider buying an enclosed trailer of whatever size you need. Being a moveable it shouldn't be a problem parking it in your site.

X4 but you have been on here for 10 years :).

A combination of Google Earth and Zillow (both free) will let you look, States have tourism offices and will send info, weather can be found on CofC sites, lots of armchair travel can be done using your computer.

Google Earth shows satellite views and street views(in some areas) and Zillow lists a lot of properties for sale.

Long term sites are good but some have steep fees, careful investigation will weed those out.

Florence OR is a really neat Town. I'd offer the name of a realtor or two but they are a niece and a grand niece and that might be commercialism. The town has changed since my first summer there in 1949 and IMHO, mostly for the better. In the spirit of Beer Belly's in "Q", there is an Evening Adult Care Center called, Voyagers Cove in Old Town. Good food, nice location and LOUD LIVE MUSIC. It can be distracting but agreeably so.

Don't count on the Town's RV park, it is run for the benefit of the locals in my opinion. If I was a local, I'd get a summer spot there.
