Looking for a good place around Pensacola area? Ideas?

My wife and I are trying to figure out where we want to take our “new to us” travel trailer on our first trip. We’re in southern Missouri, and we’re wanting to head towards the ocean…..maybe straight...

Topsail Hill has a tram that runs down to the beach on a regular schedule. Very nice park and beach.

We spent 2 weeks at Buccaneer SP in Waveland MS, just west of Gulfport. Nice park, spacious sites and a fairly short walk to the Gulf beach. If you go here, be sure to read the reviews on rvparkreviews for warnings on getting there. There are some really nasty grade crossings, one that I wasn't comfortable doing in a motor home.
