The poster didn't quote the whole thing! It clearly says:
"2). Phone calls, as well as letters, will be accepted beginning January 2th, 2017,
for that year.
3). Faxes, emails and walk-ins will be accepted beginning January 17th, 2017.
The ENTIRE/FULL amount of your stay is required, via credit card
(Visa/MasterCard), at the time you make your reservation."
For some reason the cg is saying they will only accept letters for over Christmas vacation 2016. Guess maybe they are overwhelmed during the vacation time. When we lived in Klamath Falls and made trips to Baker we would stay here and make it a two day trip. It is a great place to be on the water.
