we have stayed at the Isleta Casino RV park and can recommend it. it is set in a nice park with water and lots of space and is also set alongside the RoadRunner rail service which will take you into the city or all the way up to Santa Fe if you want, for a reasonable price. it is not a loud train..it's electric, I think.
and a shuttle will come get you and take you up to the casino and restaurant if you want.
