Looking for campground near Grand Canyon for 2-3 weeks
We would like to experience the Canyon on our last month down south. Looking for spacious campground. Would like to be about an hour travelling distance - maximum. Any suggestions?

We stayed at Circle Pines KOA in Williams.They have an indoor pool and hot tubs.They also have a store and laundry.It's about an hour's drive to the GC from there.If you have 2 to 3 weeks,I would say aday or 2 at the Canyon is plenty unless you're into hiking.When we were in Arizona,we visited the GC first,then went south and stayed at Dead Horse Ranch State Park in Cottonwood.From there we visited Tuzigoot,Jerome and Ft Verde. The headed to the northeast part of the state and stayed at Canyon De Chelly.Tourd the canyon and visited the Hubbel Trading Post.
