As others have stated, in a couple of weeks of weeks you can see more than the Grand Canyon. If you set up camp in the Williams area, you'll be centrally located to many choices. Check Rvparkreviews for some nice RV parks in Williams, Az., which is about 50 miles south of the Grand Canyon.
From Williams you can head east about 90 miles to Meteor Crater or you can head west about 40 miles to Seligman and see some great old Route 66 memories. Or head south on I-17 from Flagstaff (30 miles east of Williams) and see the beautiful red rock scenery of Sedona.
