Looking for FL west coast - resort style location

Sun N Fun is BIG and is an RV Resort with lots of park models on site. The park models cannot be lived in full time so it remains a RV park and cannot be a mobile home park with permanent residents. All the park models have to be vacant for three months a year.
There aren't many rug rats there during the winter season.
