Looking for Virginia campground suggestions
Looking for a Virginia CG to visit over a long weekend.Hopefully within a 3 hour drive from Raleigh. Full hookup required. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've enjoyed all my stays at VA state parks. They have a great system.
Lake Anna is a great choice. Don't let the naysayers or those with an ax to grind discourage you.. There is nothing wrong with VA state parks. They may have the best state system in the Mid Atlantic!
