Looking for Virginia campground suggestions
Looking for a Virginia CG to visit over a long weekend.Hopefully within a 3 hour drive from Raleigh. Full hookup required. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I know that it is in NC near the VA line but Mayberry Campground in Mt. Airy NC is NC not too far from the BR Parkway. Mt Airy is everything Andy Griffith Near I77 & I74. Very friendly owner & big rig friendly
I too am done with VA State Parks our closest ones are run down , with small sites & high prices........ For what they charge they need a serious upgrade from the ones I have seen.
