Looking for Virginia campground suggestions
Looking for a Virginia CG to visit over a long weekend.Hopefully within a 3 hour drive from Raleigh. Full hookup required. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Cozy Acres Campground in Powhatan Va is nice. It is about 20 miles west of Richmond. You can hit 95 in Rocky Mount and stay on 95 in Petersburg. Your gps will take you there easily. It has sites with shelters,picnic tables and patios. Some shelters have glider swings in them. Full hook ups. I think you can be there in three hours. It took us four but we live further east than you.
