Looking for Virginia campground suggestions
Looking for a Virginia CG to visit over a long weekend.Hopefully within a 3 hour drive from Raleigh. Full hookup required. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Occanechee State Park is also a great one. Near the Kerr Lake Reservoir on the VA/NC border. We like Va State Parks. Yes, they like many states have raised their rates in recent years. And many who own pets do not like their extra fee for pets. When we had our puppy, we just paid the fee and enjoyed ourselves.
