Looking for Virginia campground suggestions
Looking for a Virginia CG to visit over a long weekend.Hopefully within a 3 hour drive from Raleigh. Full hookup required. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We like Shenandoah River State Park, Andy Guest campground a great deal, though it's only water and elec. hookups.
We just came back from Harrisonburg KOA and it was nice. Not stellar, but nice. I've seen negative reviews, but it seemed very well run to us. I also have it on good authority Luray KOA Kountry Waye is a very nice full hook up CG with full hook-ups.
