It is not greed. It is policy. And not an uncommon policy at all. PR nightmare? Lost a customer? Why? They have a stated policy. And the customer did not act within the policy requirements. If the policy was not enforced, people would call after changing plans at the last minute with all kinds of stories about why they could not be there. No way to know whether someone really has a need, or just suddenly changed their mind. Why is everyone so quick to complain about a park being greedy and not violating their own policy just because someone thinks the rules should be modified for them? Put yourselves in the shoes of the business owner (whatever the business is) before complaining about what they did or did not do.
