sucks OP, most I lost was a cancellation fee of like $30 if I had to cancel.
but it is what happens and the CG ''really'' doesn't know it is a medical situation with you..people call and lie about cancellation reasons constantly (not saying you :), just never know what people will say and do)---therefore they have cancellation policies in place for these (and more) reasons. Business must protect itself from the customers!
