From what is posted here it appears in order to get reliable mail delivery you need to use Escapees or other private mail service.
Does that mean you must change your mailing address for all your mail to that of the forwarding service? That would be a real hsssel. What about health insurance? Mine is sold in my home area only. Wouldn't an address change to another state trigger a lot of confusion and headaches?
