Maine Campground with Teens

While waiting for answers I would search this Forum for `Maine' in the RV Parks section then search the results, if necessary, for `kids'.

Sebago Lake

They have a beach on the lake, a playground and plenty of stuff to do. Laid back and relaxing.

Love the area up by moosehead lake, but most places are quiet up there. I had just ordered travel guide from

and got it in a little over a week. If the grandkids live close by order it and then sit with them one day and let them help plan. Build some anticipation and let them help make it interesting for them.
Also if they like critters the Dept of game operates the Maine Wildlife park, near Gray Maine.

http://www.bayleysresort.com/ looks good. Check reviews on www.rvparkreviews.com We've never stayed there. We stayed at The Narrows Too in Bar Harbor. Also check KOA's or Yogi Bear parks which usually have lots to do for kids.

Old Orchard Beach is great for teens, lots of teen stuff at the beach!

Check out Paradise Park Resort your teens can walk to the beach from the campground. I would book now if you hope to find a site.

Also check out Powerhorn, Bayley's and hid'n pines, all get good reviews and are more family type.

Rub them in goats blood and take them on a Whale tour then drop them over the side. My teens are now 50 but I remember the horrors of hormones.

Bailey's has stuff for kids but also one of there pool complexes is adult only.

We stopped for a few days at Baileys and there were lots of kids in your age bracket and they seemed to have plenty of ongoing activities for the kids.
