It gets mixed reviews at rvparkreviews.com . As RV resorts in Estes Park go, it's not much different from some of the others, which is to say that the sites are a bit tight, it's overpriced and in this case, it's in a residential area of town. In the Estes Park area, for commercial parks, it's about average. Presumably, you'll be spending a goodly amount of your time away from your site, so it's certainly sufficient.

In August, it's likely to be completely booked, even during the week. Since you've already booked, that's not a problem, but just something to be aware of...it will likely be crowded. As will the town of Estes Park, particularly on the weekends. There are shuttles that run up into RMNP, so if your plans include locales such as Bear Lake or Moraine Park, you may want to consider the shuttles (I really encourage that!).
