Sadly by now you have to know that squatters and homeless have more rights then us tax payers do. Can't touch them, can't remove them because they have 'rights'. So hands tied, all most venues can do is shut the venue down.
Traveling thru Alabama the local state gov there had had a enough of the homeless and druggies in state and national parks and just went in one day and 'drove them all out'.
Only thing is they all headed for the local CG that I just happened to be at. I asked the CG owner just WTF she was doing letting them all in.......Sign outside CG said tent campers welcome. Her attorney said she HAD to let them in until they could get someone out to remove the sign. :R
4 crack/meth smoking prostitutes and 3 guys toting guns and knives set up a tent next to my MH. Within an hour they were fighting and threatening to kill each other over a who's crack pipe it was.
I pulled out even though I had paid for 4 days.
IMHO the pendulum has swung way to far to one side regarding the 'rights' of homeless, druggies and just plain squatters. God help us.
