There's no right or wrong answer. We've had 3 pop-ups, 1 hybrid trailer pulled behind a van, a small 5th wheel towed with a half-ton truck and now a 50 ft. Class C towing a small car. Overall I think the MH has lots of advantages. On board generator, and easier to back into a site. I like having the little Chevy Sonic to drive around (ave. 30 MPG) instead of the truck(ave 14 MPG) which was all we had.
