The AFB's that I have been to in the last year only require a military ID card. Here in Mtn. Home they usually only check the drivers ID, but sometimes they ask for the passenger's also. They also sometimes do a complete inspection of all of the ID's and vehicle's paperwork (reg., insurance) We made some stops last year with guests that were not military and they had to get a pass for the day. It only took about 1/2 hour as they did a quick background check. The guests had foreign passports for their picture ID.
