Last winter Yuma Proving grounds required a sticker, but about 3-4 minutes at the gate got you a temporary. Two years ago Camp LeJune Marines required a sticker and full registration, until you showed up with a 40'Bus and toad in tow and no place to park it while you got your sticker. A nod and a wink and we were in (after a full ID check). Haven't hit an AFB that required it in 3 years, with Davis Monthan being the last hold out there of the ones we go to. Dover AFB requires full ID check and so does McGuire/Dix, but a civilian can get in with a photo driver's license as long as a Military ID holder is with them. Call Pass and ID if you really want to get the right answer for where you want to go.
