When I was in South Miami in 1972 it was a bone chilling forty degrees. I went back many times. Most were better than that. Every few years every place can have a cold spell some are cheaper than others. We have had two, maybe three windy days this Winter in the RGV but we have also run our air conditioners at some time during the week. Every week.
