Were also considering parts of CO, WY and UT as well. Part of the deal is that we have to take a winter vacation for my wife to check it out. Been looking on realtor websites and prices can't be any crazier than here in North Texas.
One report I looked at was that the DFW area was #2 in new people moving in nationwide, 80K a year and it's not expected to slow down any time soon. My house has almost doubled in the 8 years that I have owned it.
