- B_O__PlentyExplorer IIWhy not buy one..take it home with you and sell it. There's a good market for clean rust-free cars almost everywhere..Our friends do this every year and do pretty well with them.
B.O. - Snowman9000ExplorerScratch that idea, I guess.
:) - nevadanickExplorerI just checked Enterprise for dec 29 to Jan 30 and on Bell rd in Phoenix it was $789 total for a Corolla or Focus, the same car, same dates at the airport was $1500
- rmevExplorerI rented a car at Gateway for a month in May and the price was just over $1,000.0. The car was a Malibu.
- nevadanickExplorerAlso when you check online, check for the agencies away from the airport as there is a significant dif in price.
- AlternExplorerHotels and auto rental took a big jump in price a few years ago to help pay for the Arizona Cardinals football stadium. Figured they'd soak the transients rather than residents.
- RckyMtnViaExplorerWe rented from Enterprise in Mesa 2 years ago, and a midsize was just under $1,000 for a month. As said above check websites for local prices.
- DesertHawkExplorer:h Crunch a few Fiqures. Do you have AAA or some other discount?
Often, more expensive at an Air Port than off site.
