We love Florida Caverns SP. It is very "Old Florida". They have nice nature center with a movie. Word of warning: the cavern is cramped. You'll have to bend almost double in some places to get through. If you have claustrophobia you might want to rethink this one.
Also the last time we were there the blue hole spring was off limits for swimming, there is another blue hole spring not too far away. We were going to try it out, until we found out it's 68 degrees.:E
