mosquitoes late june, tuolumne meadows, yosemite

Thanks for the input.

My experience at Rocky Mt NP is the mosquitoes are fierce when the snow is melting, otherwise not. It sounds like high elevation Yosemite is more prone to mosquitoes.

So do any of you have any other suggestions that might have less trouble in the area? I'd like to avoid a hot place.
