    Sad that our "leader" is doing this -- hopefully the state will prevail in the suit
  • It appears from the article that the NPS/DOI had reasonable grounds for denying the permit, just as it has since 2009 with one exception.

    It appears the reasonable grounds are you have a senile democrat puppet in charge whose handlers have to punish a red state any time they have half a chance to do so.
  • It’s federal land. It’s a fire danger issue. It’s a Covid issue. Decision sounds reasonable. The days of “Let the Fire Fall” at Yosemite are over too.
