hello and thanks for looking at my post but do you know where would be a good place to camp in my 36 foot motorhome with a 50 amp hook up around the mount rushmore area. i dont mind paying extra money for a nice place.. thanks again pete

we stayed in a rv park in Keystone, ND.

We stayed at Heartland Campground. Very convenient to Mount Rushmore & other attractions in the area. Large easy access sites.

I stayed at the KOA on the east side of rapid city. took the toad into the congested nonsense. bumpy

Rafter J Bar Gets good reviews.

Hill City area is a good central location. We stayed at Horse Thief Campground. very nice place located just off of Needles hwy.Enjoy the area!

thanks for all the good responses....I read about the koa having good reviews but it looks like its geared for a younger family.. im taking my kids as well but my daughter is 22 and my two boys are 19 and 16

Has anyone used Tee Pee Campground? RV Park Reviews has it good but their website leaves alot to the imagination.

We stayed at the Rafter J Bar and it was fantastic. The KOA around the corner looks good too.
