Is it wise to buy an annual National Park pass if we are going to visit like 3-5 national parks in 2weeks? Thanks Tara
Do the math yourself (it really is quite simple!):
1. List the parks you will be visiting.
2. Go to the National Park Service website (www.nps.gov) click on "Paln Your Visit" and then "Fees and Reservations".
3. Add up the costs of visiting your chosen parks.
4. If the total admission costs is greater than the cost of the annual pass, then buy the pass.
5. If the total admission costs is less than the cost of the annual pass, then don't purchase the pass.
And yes, the decision making really is this simple.
