National Parks - ReserveAmerica shows full - accurate?

About to head to Colorado. I have been looking at nation parks around Ouray and according to the Reserve America site they are all full. My question is, how accurate is this info? Should we still go...

10-4 rexlion - My research has indicated the same. Our plan is to stay a few nights at an RV park in Ouray (already reserved) and then venture out for a couple nights of boondocking (our first time).
